Cobra Roofing & Metal Wall Systems is proud to be associated with this incredible project. Our scope of work on this historic renovation includes copper finial restoration, flashing replacement, tear off of existing asbestos roofing and installation of new steep and flat roofing. Extremely tough access and safety issues were overcome to complete the castle portion of this job ahead of schedule.

The contract included below-grade waterproofing, metal roofing and siding, as well as single-ply roofing and sheet metal flashing on a new theater and gymnasium complex.

We have the capacity to bond the work, coordinate several disciplines and manage several subcontractors to successfully give this grand, 100-year-old building a gorgeous new roof.
