This stunning facility overlooking Puget Sound features a curved spine connecting eight residential wings; as well as a new kitchen and administrative building.

Scope of work: Fully adhered PVC roof membrane, metal roofing, metal siding and several complex architectural metal panel components. Exterior sun screens, interior accent panels and exterior canopies were also installed by Cobra Roofing & Metal Wall Systems.

Built in a ‘design/build’ atmosphere, each major sub-contractor was expected to perform at very high levels. Close coordination between all trades and the Construction Manager was essential to success on this job.
