During the period of 1990 through 1998 Cobra Roofing Services performed the following services for the Maintenance Contracts Department:

• Removal of existing built-up roofing, installation of new roof framing and 1,000,000 square feet of industrial standing seam metal roofing.
• Repair and replace damaged roof trusses.
• Installation of new exhaust fans.
• Replacement of 35 large intake/exhaust louvers.
• Furnished and installed new insulated wall panels ("Kal-Wall").
